What You'll Be Doing
* Assisting with setup and teardown of sound and AV gear across four stages
* Helping run the show to schedule as a stagehand on event nights
* Running cables, placing mics, and securing gear—efficiently and safely
* Supporting the Sound Engineer with monitoring and adjusting sound levels
* Troubleshooting on the fly to keep things running smoothly
* Maintaining gear with care and packing it down like a pro
What You'll Need
* Solid knowledge of audio/vision gear setup and pack‐down
* Understanding of basic sound mixing and AV principles
* Physical ability to lift, move, and place equipment as per stage plots
* A tidy, organised approach to gear maintenance and storage
* Clear, friendly communication (you'll be working with performers and crew!)
* Availability Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings
