Key Retail Leadership Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail professional to take on the role of Associate Store Leader at our Wodonga store. As a key team member, you will play a pivotal part in driving the success of our business.
* Lead by example, embodying the values of our organization and demonstrating a positive approach to work.
* Foster excellent customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
* Participate in comprehensive training modules to develop your skills and knowledge.
* Demonstrate self-motivation and a willingness to learn independently.
Main Responsibilities:
* Australian work rights required
* Paid full-time training (including Food Safety Supervisor Certificate), conducted both in-store & online
