We are seeking a Full-time Scientist to join our dedicated team in Darwin Laboratory, NT.
Responsibilities
Your role will be to participate in the day-to-day operation of the laboratory, working as part of a dedicated team. Duties include general work in Biochemistry, Haematology, Immunology, and Infections Molecular; maintenance of instrumentation and equipment; and compliance with accreditation and quality assurance requirements.
Qualifications
* Diploma or Degree in Laboratory Science or an AIMS accredited equivalent as a minimum.
* Relevant experience and qualification in specialised discipline (Biochemistry, Haematology, Immunology, Infections Molecular).
* High attention to detail and experience working in a fast‐paced environment.
* Ability to multitask and successfully work as part of a team.
* Exceptional communication, time management & organisational skills.
* The ability to contribute towards the delivery of customer‐focused services.
* Have own transport and be able to take part in weekend and evening rosters including public holidays.
