**THE POSITION - ADMIN ASSISTANT**
The position is for an admin assistant who would report directly to the Company Accountant. Initially, the position is temporary, but could become full-time for the right person.
**WHO SHOULD APPLY**
Anyone looking for a change and who can demonstrate relevant experience with the following skills:
- MYOB experience (an advantage, but not a deal breaker)
- Good spoken and written English with particular emphasis on correct grammar and spelling and also be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, suppliers and staff.
- Good typing and computer skills.
- Sound knowledge of Gmail, Google Docs, Drive, Word Processing and Spreadsheets.
- Ability to follow instructions from the Company Accountant
**DUTIES**
- Answering and diverting phone calls
- Greeting walk-in visitors
- MYOB data entry
- Using Google Docs and Sheets
- General office duties
- Inventory counting
- Other day-to-day general admin-related duties
