What You'll Do
As an Enterprise SEO Specialist, you'll support the Enterprise SEO Manager in executing advanced strategies for Australia's largest brands. You will own technical detail, lead data analysis, and ensure each client receives a high‐standard service.
Day‐to‐Day Activities
* Assist the Enterprise SEO Manager with deliverables, campaign roadmaps, and yearly business reviews.
* Execute complex SEO strategies across large enterprise retainers: technical audits, on‐page optimisation, link building, and site migrations.
* Analyse campaign performance with enterprise‐level tools and translate data into clear, strategic recommendations.
* Contribute to client communications and project updates, keeping stakeholders informed and expectations exceeded.
* Support presentations to C‐level executives and senior stakeholders, simplifying complex SEO concepts.
* Collaborate on strategic planning and help develop enterprise SEO methodologies.
* Identify process improvements to drive campaign efficiency across the team.
* Share knowledge across the wider SEO pod.

Must Haves
* Based in Sydney, Australia.
* Minimum 1–2 years experience in an SEO specialist role, ideally supporting enterprise‐level clients.
* Experience with large‐scale, complex SEO campaigns.
* Advanced technical SEO knowledge and hands‐on experience with enterprise platforms.
* Proficiency with industry tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Peec.ai, and SEOgets.
* Strong analytical skills to translate data into strategic action.
* Ability to communicate complex SEO concepts to senior stakeholders and C‐suite executives.
* Excellent project‐management skills, juggling multiple complex campaigns.
* Experience using AI to optimise SEO processes and strategies.
* A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is highly regarded.

Salary & Compensation
* Base salary: AUD 65,000 – 75,000 plus superannuation (depending on experience & technical ability).
* Bonus/performance incentives tied to client outcomes and workload.
