About the role:
Yarrawonga Health is a reputable aged care provider dedicated to delivering exceptional services to our elderly residents. We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Enrolled Nurses to join our team and contribute to the well-being and comfort of our residents.
Warrina provides an assisted environment of care for individuals who can move more freely but need extra assistance with everyday tasks like meals, laundry, cleaning and more. Instead of living in their own home, residents live in unit style accommodation and are able to seek professional assistance to access round the clock support for any help needed for simple care. Warrina's services include a range of many services which includes accommodation related services as well as tailored care support based on individual requirements.

Skills & Experience
Qualifications:
* Current Nursing Registration with Australian Health Practitioners Agency (AHPRA)
* Certificate IV in Nursing or Diploma of Nursing
Key Selection Criteria:
* Demonstrate well-developed communication and interpersonal skills;
* Possess knowledge of relevant legislation, particularly the National Health Reform, National Standards and Aged Care Standards
* Demonstrated ability to deliver of excellent clinical care standards in accordance with Yarrawonga Health philosophy, policies and procedures.
* Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and to work independently of others
* An ability to represent as a patient advocate
* Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
