About the Role
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an autonomous worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapy services in a community-based setting. You will work closely with colleagues nationally, providing assessment and intervention services to individuals across all ages and abilities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver occupational therapy services to clients, including assessment and intervention strategies to improve fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, daily living skills, and adaptive equipment/modifications.
* Work collaboratively with clients and their families to achieve optimal outcomes.
* Develop and implement tailored plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
* Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A Bachelor or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
* Eligibility for AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* A current Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and full Australian Driver's Licence.
