Support Worker Opportunity
We are seeking Support Workers to join our team across various regions. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to clients in their homes or communities.
About the Role
The role of a Support Worker is to provide personal care and support services to clients who require assistance with daily living tasks. This may include assisting with personal care, medication management, domestic tasks, and community access. Our team works closely with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure that our services meet the individual needs of each client.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing personal care and support services to clients in their homes or communities
* Assisting with domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry
* Accompanying clients on outings and activities
* Managing medications and providing medication reminders
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Certification in Individual Support (or working towards it)
* A driver's license and reliable vehicle
* First Aid and CPR certification
* Working With Children Check (WWCC) clearance
