What You'll Be Doing

What You'll Need
* Genuine interest in your chosen trade, demonstrated through work experience or relevant studies.
* Education or experience, including:
o Completion of Year 12 in 2026
o OR Previous completion of Year 12 with sound achievement in English and Maths
o OR At least 2 years' relevant work experience if school was not completed.
* Hands‐on ability – experience using hand tools or working in an industrial environment is highly desirable.
* Safety‐first mindset – a strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
* Strong communication skills – good listening, comprehension and teamwork abilities.
* Commitment to learning – willingness to complete structured training and development in line with your apprenticeship and future skillset.
