You’ll work closely with regional leadership while mentoring and developing a local team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include: Managing sales performance, stock control, and financial reporting Overseeing staffing levels, training, and rosters Ensuring strong merchandising, presentation, and WHS compliance Building community engagement and a customer-first culture Supporting the Regional Manager with reporting and quarterly reviews What We’re Looking For Proven retail, supermarket, or hospitality management experience Strong leadership and people development skills Solid understanding of store operations, stock control, and cash management Excellent communication, organisation, and customer service Resilience, adaptability, and cultural awareness Commitment to living and working in remote Indigenous communities Full Australian working rights (no visa restrictions) Ability to obtain a current National Police Check Why You’ll Love It You’ll join a purpose-driven organisation that plays a vital role in supporting remote Queensland communities.
