Better Health Network (BHN) is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to step into the role of Head of ICT & Asset Management. Reporting to the Chief Finance & Corporate Services Officer, you will lead our ICT, Cyber Security, Facilities, and Asset Management functions, ensuring our people, systems, and infrastructure support exceptional service delivery across Melbourne's south‐east.
Responsibilities
* Drive strategic ICT, cyber security, facilities, and asset management initiatives across a multi‐site organisation.
* Lead digital transformation, infrastructure planning, compliance, risk management, and business continuity activities.
* Provide expert advice to the Executive Team and contribute to organisation‐wide strategic planning and decision‐making.
* Lead the ICT, Cyber Security, Facilities, and Asset Management functions.
Qualifications
* Significant senior management experience.
* Strong commercial and governance capability.
* Track record of leading complex infrastructure and technology portfolios through change.
* Experience in health, community, government, or complex service environments.
