Job Title: Beverage Service Professional
We are seeking a skilled Beverage Service Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional beverage service to guests, preparing drinks according to standards and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide friendly, courteous and efficient quality presentation beverage service to all guests.
* Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area through disposing of all waste, clearing and cleaning all glassware, and wiping down bar and preparation areas.
* Prepare beverages as per standards, act as cashier for servers when necessary, and provide change.
* Inventory bar stock, compare to par levels, and inform manager of any products that need to be ordered.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, computer literacy, and knowledge of drink preparation and health standards.
The Beverage Service Professional will work a flexible schedule, including day and evening shifts, weekends and public holidays. They must meet minimum requirements and speak, read, write and understand English fluently.
