Job Description
The role involves working collaboratively with a senior partner on disputes related to construction projects, including litigation, arbitration, mediation, and expert determination.
Key responsibilities:
* Acting for clients including owners, developers, project sponsors, financiers, project managers, consultants, and government agencies at local, state, and federal levels
* Developing an internal network beyond the practice group and maintaining client relationships
Requirements:
* An experienced lawyer with between 2 to 4 years' construction disputes experience
* General commercial disputes experience with a keen interest in specialising in construction law
