Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets within the assigned territory
* Manage and grow relationships with existing clients while acquiring new customers
* Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the territory
* Plan and execute regular field visits, sales calls, and product presentations
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and volume targets
* Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers within company guidelines
* Coordinate with distributors, dealers, or channel partners to maximize sales coverage
* Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising in the territory
* Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and territory performance analysis
* Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and support teams to drive business growth
* Monitor credit, collections, and outstanding payments as per company policy
* Train, guide, and motivate sales executives or field sales teams
* Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and ethical standards
