About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nursing Executive Officer – Comprehensive Care & Clinical Projects to provide high-level executive, strategic and operational support to the District Director of Nursing & Midwifery.
This role is pivotal in shaping the strategic and operational initiatives across Nursing and Midwifery and Disaster Management functions within MLHD.
As the Nursing Executive Officer, you will:
- Support system-wide improvements by embedding effective business processes, reporting protocols and quality improvement frameworks.
- Lead and coordinate key projects within the Nursing & Midwifery directorate, including comprehensive care and priority program delivery.
- Drive high-quality data and analytics practices by maintaining oversight of key indicators, producing timely insights, and informing executive decision-making.
- Contribute to the review and refinement of policies, procedures, standards and governance frameworks across the directorate.
- Represent and promote Nursing & Midwifery services through the coordination of events, stakeholder engagement activities and communications.
- Operate at the centre of a fast-paced, high-impact team supporting the District Director of Nursing & Midwifery and the HSFAC across diverse priorities.
