We are partnering with a highly regarded, privately owned and well‑capitalised property group with a strong track record delivering large‑scale residential, build‑to‑rent, build‑to‑sell and luxury developments across key Australian markets.
This is a newly created opportunity focused on identifying, assessing and securing new development sites across a diverse range of asset classes, including BTR, BTS, luxury residential and broader multi‑residential projects.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in shaping the future pipeline of the business - originating opportunities, leading initial feasibility assessments, and supporting acquisition decisions through to deal execution. You will be heavily involved in market analysis, site identification, financial modelling inputs and early‑stage project strategy.
This role suits either an experienced Acquisitions Manager or a Senior Development Manager with strong front‑end exposure, looking to move further into deal origination and investment strategy within a highly active and well‑capitalised platform.
Key responsibilities include:
* Sourcing and assessing new development opportunities across multiple asset classes
* Leading early-stage feasibility analysis and site evaluation
* Supporting acquisition processes including due diligence and transaction execution
* Building and maintaining strong agent, landowner and industry relationships
* Contributing to pipeline strategy alongside senior leadership
* Identifying value‑add and repositioning opportunities across residential markets
You will bring:
* Strong experience in property development, acquisitions or front‑end development
* Proven exposure to feasibility, site assessment or transaction support
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to assess risk and return
* Excellent stakeholder and negotiation skills
* A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong market awareness
