Job Overview

Premise is a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy firm with over 200 employees across various locations in NSW, QLD and WA. We provide comprehensive and complementary knowledge and innovation to our areas of expertise; the Built Environment, Water, Environmental & Renewables, and Transport.

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Surveyor to join our team on a full-time basis in the Riverina region. This position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of urban and regional projects.

The successful candidate will be working with developers, state government agencies, local Councils, external consultants and our own team of professionals. Our team works tirelessly to guide clients through the entire planning, design and construction processes.

Main Responsibilities:

* Lead and mentor a small but growing survey team.
* Undertake surveys; including cadastral, engineering and control surveys.
* Perform field inspections and assessments.
* Develop skills through training.
* Maintain survey equipment and ensure calibration.
* Draft and finalise survey plans using CAD software.
* Prepare proposals, reports and applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Licensed or Registered Surveyor;
* Minimum 3 years experience in a Surveying role (preferably in NSW or VIC);
* Experience in leading a surveying team;
* Strong CAD Skills (AutoCAD);
* General construction induction card;
* An awareness of relevant planning and environmental issues;
* Current valid driver's license.
