Position Overview
We're on the lookout for an Ecommerce Specialist based in Australia to join the Alpha-H team! In this role, you'll play a key part in executing our marketing strategy and supporting the Brand and CRM teams. Your mission? To create an exceptional online shopping experience that drives sales and fosters customer loyalty. You will manage trade and content campaigns, analyze performance data, and support our global D2C channel.
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Alpha-H website on Shopify, co-own our D2C marketing calendar, and ensure campaigns and key moments are executed flawlessly online.
What You'll Do
* Manage and optimize our Shopify ecommerce site, keeping product listings, landing pages, and promotions high-converting
* Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on product launches, seasonal campaigns, and on-site promotions
* Maintain and execute the ecommerce marketing calendar, coordinating across paid media, operations, customer service, and other teams
* Lead end-to-end onsite campaign execution and trade initiatives, from planning to launch
* Monitor KPIs (Sales, CVR, AOV), generate performance reports, and suggest improvements
* Work with web agency to troubleshoot and resolve site issues, ensuring a seamless shopping experience
* Support SEO content initiatives and stay updated on ecommerce trends and industry best practices
* Conduct UAT testing and quality checks for website updates and new features
Requirements
* 3+ years of Shopify experience with a strong understanding of DTC tools and ecommerce best practices
* Data-driven with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize accordingly
* Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach
* Customer-focused with a keen eye for user experience
* Detail-oriented, comfortable working with data and numbers
* Passionate about beauty and skincare, with a good grasp of marketing fundamentals
