About The Role
We are on the lookout for Senior Full Stack Engineers with a passion for delivering high-quality, customer-focused products and services, to help build the next generation of digital healthcare. We’re not just maintaining what exists, we’re rebuilding from the ground up. This is our chance to strip away technical debt, reimagine the platform, and lay the foundation for something faster, smarter, and built to last. This is a remote role accepting applications from candidates across Australia.
What You'll Do
* Architect, design, and develop scalable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
* Lead the development of a robust, secure, and user-friendly platform that integrates health & wellness, patient management, and telehealth functionalities.
* Take full ownership of projects, from conception to deployment and beyond, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define technical solutions and product roadmaps.
* Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices in software engineering.
* Develop and optimize APIs for performance, scalability, and security.
* Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to a strong engineering culture.
What You’ll Need
* 5+ years of professional experience as an engineer.
* Proficiency across TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
* Familiarity with security best practices, compliance (HIPAA, GDPR), and data privacy regulations.
* Strong bias towards testing, with experience in implementing unit and integration tests.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
* Experience in alternative medicine, digital health solutions or highly regulated industries desirable.
