About The Communities
Red Lily Health Service delivers primary healthcare across four unique West Arnhem communities. Our service footprint includes Gunbalanya (Oenpelli) on the edge of Arnhem Land, Jabiru in the heart of Kakadu National Park, Minjilang on beautiful Croker Island, and Warruwi on South Goulburn Island. Together, these communities are home to strong Aboriginal cultures, diverse languages, breathtaking landscapes, and deep connections to Country, offering a truly rewarding remote health experience.
What You'll Do
* Deliver culturally safe, family‐centred care across remote communities
* Lead regional child health programs including screening, immunisation, and health checks
* Coordinate and deliver school screening programs across the region
* Support and build capability of remote clinical teams
* Provide clinical leadership, mentoring, and training to nurses and Aboriginal Health Practitioners
* Monitor program performance, KPIs, and contribute to service planning and improvement
* Work collaboratively with Health Centre Managers and multidisciplinary teams
What We're Looking For
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Extensive experience in child health and remote clinical practice
* Strong understanding of Aboriginal health and culturally safe care
* Experience in primary health care programs and remote service delivery
* Proven leadership, training, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Strong communication, problem‐solving, and organisational skills
Desirable
* Postgraduate qualifications in Child Health or related disciplines
* Experience as a Remote Area Nurse
* Experience managing or supporting multidisciplinary teams
* Background in Aboriginal community‐controlled health services
* Knowledge of NT clinical protocols and health programs

* Ability to work autonomously and support dispersed teams
