What Will You Be Doing?
* Delivering service excellence from check in to check out and everywhere in between
* Be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors
* Completing a variety of tasks ensuring everyday is different. From selling the Hotel's facilities to maintaining guest accounts
* Perform duties of Night Audit, room controllers and porterage service
* Providing passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times
* Assisting our guests with our self-check in kiosks
* Ensuring guests who are not ALL - Accor Live Limitless members are briefed on features and benefits and signed up to the loyalty program
