Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Team Member to join our dynamic team at Melbourne Airport. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant retail environment where you will deliver exceptional service to our diverse, international customer base. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming shopping experience whilst contributing to our store's success in one of Australia's busiest travel hubs.
* Provide outstanding customer service across all touchpoints, from initial enquiry through to post-purchase support – Assist customers with product selection, information, and recommendations in a friendly and professional manner.
* Support merchandising activities, ensuring products are attractively displayed and stock levels are maintained on the sales floor.
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
* Contribute to the receipt, processing, and organisation of stock deliveries, following established receiving procedures.
* Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment.
* Support the achievement of store targets and sales goals through proactive engagement and product knowledge.
* Demonstrate flexibility in working across various store areas, including customer-facing and back-of-house operations.
* Maintain awareness of current promotions and product offerings to enhance customer experience.
* Uphold company values and brand standards in all interactions and daily tasks.

* Physical capability to perform duties including standing for extended periods and handling stock.
* Desirable: Previous retail or customer service experience.
