Complete Plumbing and Drainage is a well‐established local business with over 30 years' experience in residential plumbing, drainage, and gas fitting. Since 1993, we've built strong relationships with reputable builders across Sydney and are known for our reliability and quality workmanship.
We're now looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support our daily operations. This is a key role in our business and would suit someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and working in a close‐knit team.
The Role
You'll be responsible for keeping the office running smoothly and supporting both our field team and our clients. Your duties will include:
* Coordinating construction and maintenance bookings
* Entering job details and updating completed works in our system
* Preparing and managing certificates, drainage plans, and job documentation
* Communicating with builders, clients, and trades staff
* Answering phone calls and emails in a friendly, professional manner
* General office administration including filing, data entry, and ad hoc tasks
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Organised, dependable, and able to juggle multiple tasks
* Confident communicating with clients and builders
* Comfortable working independently while supporting a team
* Positive, proactive, and willing to learn
* Competent with basic computer systems and office software
Previous administration experience is preferred but not essential. Experience or understanding of the plumbing or construction industry would be an advantage.
