You will provide professional IT support, working with a diverse range of technologies and clients.This position requires someone who can work independently, troubleshoot effectively, and deliver excellent customer service.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills, contribute to continuous improvement, and work with a dynamic team.ResponsibilitiesAssist with providing front line remote support across tickets, phone and email with occasional onsite support to clients for a variety of technical issues.
(Company car provided)Configure and maintain systems, software, and network devices.Assist in implementing IT strategies, network policies, and disaster recovery plans aligned with client requirements.Troubleshoot and maintain environments including Active Directory and Azure AD, Exchange, Office 365, Windows Server, Windows Desktop, and Networking Fundamentals.Support backup systems (Veeam).
Support user onboarding/offboarding, account provisioning, password resets, and access management.Working closely with senior engineers on client work and small projects.Assist with security-focused environments (MFA, conditional access, etc.).
Manage your ticket queue and log all work with clear notes and follow through in the ticketing system (Autotask).
QualificationsMinimum 1-year full-time experience with an MSP / IT services provider and a total of 2-3 years of overall experience.Proven experience supporting a range of IT environments.Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to manage escalations independently.Microsoft 365 admin and support.Excellent English – written and verbal – and confident talking to business users.
