About the Role
As an Assistant Agent, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships. Your focus will be on prospecting, lead generation, and supporting the Lead Agent with day-to-day sales activities.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident speaking with people, enjoys working to targets, and is motivated by results.
Key Responsibilities
* Prospect for new clients via cold calling, warm calling, door knocking, letterbox drops, and networking.
* Assist the Lead Agent with general sales and administrative tasks.
* Identify, qualify, and manage contacts within the CRM system.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and communication notes.
* Add and manage contact subscriptions for property updates and campaigns.
* Engage with buyers to understand their requirements and provide assistance.
* Contact prospective vendors to generate appraisal opportunities for the Lead Agent.
* Assist in determining client needs and providing suitable property solutions.
* Support comparative market analysis and property value estimation.
* Assist in preparing sales documentation in line with company policy and legislation.
* Work towards KPIs and report progress to the Lead Agent.
* Attend training sessions and team meetings to build industry knowledge.
