Our mindset fosters innovation and creates strong, lasting customer relationships as we strive to be the most customer centric company in Australia and New Zealand.As theHead of Experience - Cards & Accounts, you will be part of the senior leadership team in Transaction Banking Product within the Business & Private Banking team, that is doubling down on customer obsession.Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:Lead the Product Experience team and strategy for uplifting the customer experience with blocking and unblocking cards and accounts by driving excellence in NAB's customer experience proposition and ensure alignment to Enterprise strategic priorities, roadmaps, goals, plans, and expectations.Creating the Enterprise Block / Unblock future state strategic vision in partnership with the other Enterprise Business and Technology Leaders, delivering through three-way leadership and breaking down the vision to deliver seamless, customer centric experiences across the end‐to‐end product lifecycle.Represent the voice of the Customer and Colleagues when developing the roadmap, balancing what is realistic with what will make a difference and challenge the status quo.Lead a team of high performing Product Owners to ensure excellence in delivery and outcomes.Collaborate across the Enterprise and lead cross functional teams to deliver on a simple and digital experience for customers and colleagues.Leverage customer insights and data to ensure solutions are innovative and commercially impactful.We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:Demonstrated experience working in a similar senior leadership Product and Domain Orchestration roles within Financial Services coupled with proven product knowledge across Savings, Transaction accounts, Business and Corporate Cards and business customer products more broadly.Extensive experience in strategy and execution; coupled with supporting large cross functional and self‐managing teams to accomplish outcomes within an agile environment.Extensive experience operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large, complex organisation.Demonstrated people leadership experience in particular building and leading high performing teams.Proven analytical skills and be an evidence‐based decision maker who is a strategic thinker that drives customer centricity.Ability to create and convey a vision to key stakeholders and bring together diverse stakeholder groups with sometimes conflicting priorities to deliver on a common goal.Sophisticated influencing skills to shape outcomes and achieve strategic initiatives.A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyoneWe know that our people make us who we are.
