We are passionate about our contribution to the Community and foster an inclusive and welcoming culture where our values are at the core of who we are and what we do.About the RoleAs a Video Producer in the Club’s Digital team, you will be responsible for the production of timely and engaging video content for the Club’s digital platforms including our website, app, and social media.Your responsibilities will include assisting in the development and execution of multimedia products across all areas of the club, with a particular emphasis on consumer and commercial sports-marketing video production. Reporting to the Senior Video Producer, and working within the wider Marketing, Communications and Digital department, you will play a creative role in delivering on the Club’s strategic planAs the Club’s Video Producer, you will display strong alignment with, and commitment to, our Club values and purpose.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the video production team with implementing the weekly multimedia content plan across Carlton’s digital platforms, including our website, social media, and app.A particular focus on producing brand and partnered content to deliver on commercial and consumer marketing objectives.Engaging storytelling that amplifies the Carlton brand experience.Work alongside our Commercial Operations team to produce video content that creates value for Club partners.Deliver video production that supports the Club’s membership, retail and ticketing objectives.Produce and edit match-day content across all of the Club’s football programs.Experience, Skills and Attributes2-3+ years’ experience with video production – sports industry experience or sports marketing experience is preferred but not essential.Sound knowledge of video techniques across filming, editing, and graphics.Experience in creating content for multiple digital platforms.Strong capabilities with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Premiere Pro).Understanding of brand development.An understanding of AFL and its fans.Collaborative communication skills and strong stakeholder management ability.Effective time management and prioritisation skills to work towards deadlines in an agile environment.Highly self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail.Desire to continually innovate and keep up to date with current & emerging trends.Benefits and CultureCarlton’s values underpin how the Club operates, describing how our people work together, interact and behave.
