UniActive provides access to a 50m heated swimming pool, extensive sporting facilities and ovals, swim school programmes, and two state‐of‐the‐art gyms across our UOW Wollongong Campus and Innovation Campus locations.

About you
We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and customer‐focused casual Customer Service Officer to join the UniActive team. As the face of UniActive, you will provide exceptional front‐desk service to members, students and visitors while supporting the day‐to‐day operations of our facilities.
This role is responsible for delivering high‐quality customer service both face‐to‐face and over the phone, while assisting with memberships, bookings, payments, administration and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Experience in a customer service environment
* A strong service orientation with a vibrant and outgoing personality
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confidence working towards team or individual sales and membership targets
* Strong administration and computer skills, including the ability to learn new systems and databases
* Demonstrated problem‐solving skills and the ability to respond effectively to operational issues
* Experience handling cash and processing payments
* The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities efficiently
* A current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain and maintain)
* Flexibility to work evenings, early mornings and weekends as required
* The ability to build positive relationships with members, students, families and colleagues
