Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and vibrant individuals to help us Enchant the World with Chocolate within our Retail stores.
Responsibilities
* Create meaningful relationships with customers by providing a unique Lindt experience.
* Prepare customer beverage orders at the chocolate bar.
* Educate and inform customers on Lindt Chocolate products with passion and in‐depth knowledge.
* Act as Lindt ambassadors and deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
* Love Lindt Chocolate.
* Previous experience in a fast‐paced café or retail environment.
* Passion for excellence and the ability to talk the language of chocolate.
* Previous barista experience desirable.
* Flexibility to work hours that suit our fluctuating business needs, including weekends.
