Early Childhood Coordinator
This role provides high-quality care and support to children with disabilities or developmental delays, individuals with disabilities, and their families.
1. Conduct assessments for children aged 0-9 years to identify their needs and develop strategies to address them.
2. Provide short-term interventions using evidence-based models and collaborate with allied health professionals when necessary.
3. Support access to the NDIS and help develop, implement, and review NDIS plans that align with best practice principles.
The Early Childhood Coordinator works in complex environments, focusing on outcomes. They possess exceptional abilities to provide early childhood supports and develop strategies based on best practice.
