About the role:
As a Customer Information Officer, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, customer-focused service across multiple channels - in person, over the phone, and online. You'll ensure the needs of our community are met with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
This diverse and rewarding role involves a broad range of operational functions, including providing frontline customer service, handling cash transactions, processing animal registrations, supporting cemetery services and delivering general administrative support. You'll be part of a team that values connection and service excellence.
Working Monday to Friday, 8:15am until 4:36pm, no two days will be the same, and every day is an opportunity to make a real difference.
