HC Truck Driver – Full-Time
Location: Just 15min out of Nairne, SA
Roster: Monday to Friday, home every night
Vehicle: Manual Kenworth with Tipper + Quad Dog
About the Role
Crest Contracting Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time HC Truck Driver to join our team based in Nairne, SA. This is a varied and hands-on role operating a manual transmission Kenworth truck with Tipper + Quad Dog. Occasional use of a telescopic handler may be required. All work is local, with a consistent Monday to Friday roster—you'll be home every night.
What You'll Be Doing
* Safely operate HC trucks to transport materials, equipment, and supplies between worksites and depot
* Conduct routine maintenance and pre-start checks on vehicles and equipment
* Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies
* Collaborate with the wider team to support efficient and safe project delivery
* Operate loader/telehandler as required
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in heavy vehicle operation, including manual transmission
* Valid Heavy Combination (HC) license and clean driving record
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance
* Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on role
* Excellent communicator who's willing to learn
* Honest, reliable, and a genuine team player
* A good human with a decent sense of humour—always a bonus
