About the role
We are looking for a passionate enthusiastic individual who has a can do attitude to contribute to our Warehouse and logistical requirements.
The key responsibilities of the role, whilst not limited to, are as follows:
* Receive and process incoming and outgoing freight.
* Operation of a forklift, picking and packing customer and branch orders.
* Charging of batteries.
* Handling paperwork with precision and a sharp eye for detail.
* Using our mobile app to process invoices and orders quickly and confidently.
* Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and ready for action.
* Embracing the chance to learn every aspect of our battery business.
* Being available to work a Saturday morning on a rotating roster.
About You
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following key competencies:
* A clean open drivers licence.
* A valid LF (forklift) licence.
* Service driven and the ability to work unsupervised.
* The ability to build relationships with customers.
* Attention to detail with paperwork and inventory control.
* The ability to lift heavy automotive batteries regularly.
* The ability to be an active member in the improvement of our business process across the warehouse site
* Be consistent and reliable.
