Customer Service Representative
This role involves handling everyday customer inquiries through various channels, responding to ecommerce customer queries about orders, returns, and product advice, processing exchanges and refunds, greeting in-store visitors, offering product advice, and resolving small issues promptly.
Ecommerce & Administrative Support
* Maintaining accurate product listings or details in the ecommerce platform when needed
* Monitoring online orders for accuracy and timing
* Resolving fulfilment issues and coordinating with suppliers
* Providing support with online sales reports and data analysis
Administrative and Team Support
* Replenishing stock from storage facilities
* Packaging express, PR, and on-seller orders
* Tracking new stock arrivals and preparing for restocking
* Coordinating and monitoring pre-sale ordering
* Ensuring adequate packaging and operational supplies are reordered before levels run low
