About the role
We are looking for our next Strata Manager to join our Sunshine Coast team. The successful candidate will work with an experienced team and consistently promote the company's key values – Professionalism, Integrity, Respect and Trust.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
Managing a portfolio of residential and commercial buildings, which may include layered schemes & BMS's
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
Manage correspondence via phone and written communications
Preparation and distribution of budgets, agendas and minutes
Attending meetings, both committee and general
Ensure your portfolio remains compliant with compliance related matters such as WH&S, Fire Safety and other relevant legislative requirement
Assisting with the training and development of junior staff, including mentoring your own assistant
About you
The successful candidate will:
Have a minimum of 2 years prior experience as a Strata Manager
Experience with BMS and layered schemes
Be conversant in strata legislation - BCCM, BUGTA
Have strong customer service skills, including dispute resolution abilities
Possess high attention to detail and exceptional time management skills
Experience in StrataMax is highly desirable but not essential
