Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support maintenance and reliability initiatives across a busy manufacturing site. This is a hands‐on role requiring a strong onsite presence, working closely with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to drive improvements in plant performance and asset reliability.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver maintenance and reliability improvement projects
* Drive optimisation of plant maintenance strategies and asset performance
* Oversee and enhance maintenance documentation and systems
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
* Provide leadership and guidance to maintenance and engineering teams
* Ensure safety, compliance, and operational standards are maintained
The Successful Applicant
* Minimum 10 years' experience in Maintenance, Project and Reliability Engineering, or similar within Australian manufacturing environments
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proven experience using a CMMS
* Demonstrated experience in developing and improving plant maintenance documentation
* Leadership experience (minimum 5 years) is highly advantageous
* Ability to work onsite at least 70% of a standard 5‐day week
