What You’ll Do
* Lead and inspire clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver a high-performing, values-led culture
* Own performance outcomes across care quality, financials, compliance and resident experience
* Build trusted relationships with residents, families, team members and the local community
* Drive operational excellence through strong systems, continuous improvement and capable leaders

What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in a highly regulated, service-led environment (e.g. aged care, health, community services or similar sectors)
* Strong ability to inspire and develop teams, fostering an engaged, high-performing culture
* Commercial acumen with strong financial capability and a commitment to quality care
* Highly effective communication skills with a visible, hands‑on leadership style
* Sound knowledge of regulatory frameworks, quality standards and risk management
* AHPRA registration (highly regarded), or relevant qualifications/experience in a related field
