About the role
First National Real Estate Claridge' is seeking a highly organised and efficient Junior Office Administrator to join our growing team in Deloraine. This full-time role will play a vital administrative support function, assisting with a range of office duties to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
* Providing general administrative support across a range of areas including data entry, filing, document management and basic bookkeeping
* Answering and directing incoming phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
* Assisting with the coordination of appointments.
* Maintaining office supplies and equipment, and restocking as needed
* Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
What we're looking for
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and courteous manner
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* A positive, adaptable and solutions-oriented approach to your work
