Responsibilities
We are seeking the services of a competent all‐rounder to join our already exclusive team, primarily servicing multi‐storey apartment buildings.
Key Tasks
* Plaster patch and paint
* Carpentry
* Tiling
* Waterproofing
* Balcony repairs
* Door hardware replacement
* Caulking
* Other maintenance tasks as required
Qualifications & Requirements
Must be physically fit and able to carry out strenuous tasks at times. Able to work unsupervised and think outside the square as a problem‐solver.
Current driver's licence is essential; a reliable vehicle is preferred. Own tools are an advantage.
Competent in speaking, reading, and writing English and able to understand instructions clearly.
ABN is required.
Compensation & Workload
Hourly rate can be negotiated. Pay is weekly. Superannuation perks apply. Work is constant.
