We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Branch Assistant to join our successful team at Tradelink Cameron Park. About the Role : As a Branch Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for retail and trade customers, guiding them through product selections, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring they receive top-notch service. This varied role involves customer engagement, coordinating logistics and dispatch, providing sales support, and building strong customer relationships. Your responsibilities : Deliver exceptional service to both retail and trade customers, guiding them to the right products and solutions. Provide a premium customer experience with every delivery, representing the brand with professionalism and care (same-day, local deliveries and return runs). Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch orders. Manage sales transactions, prepare quotes, and proactively follow up with customers to drive satisfaction and repeat business. Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts, inventory control, and keeping the branch clean, organised and efficient. What you’ll need to succeed: You’re a team player with a can-do attitude, who’s not afraid to roll up your sleeves. You’ll bring: Licences : A car licence is required, a forklift licence is preferred. Physical fitness: You’ll be on your feet, lifting and unloading orders throughout the day. Industry Experience: Plumbing industry experience or knowledge of plumbing products or wholesale/trade sales experience would be highly beneficial. Driving/Warehouse Experience: You will have experience working in a similar environment. Team Player Attitude: We value hard-working, adaptable team members who contribute to a positive work culture. Strong Communication: You’ll be working closely with experienced tradespeople who expect efficient, knowledgeable service.
