In this role, you will support the development and implementation of key deliverables of the health and safety framework and strategy across a variety of H&S; risk profiles including warehousing, logistics, construction, manufacturing, asset management and retail, operating across 8 countries internationally.Located in our offices in Homebush West, you will lead the recommendation and adoption of the health and safety framework and strategy, into retail franchisees across Australia.
You will partner with a variety of stakeholders including retail franchisees, warehouse teams, and corporate executives to influence, impact and build safety capability across the business.You will also;Support, monitor and promote a proactive approach to the maintenance and implementation of the global Framework and Strategy through the application of the H&S; Management system within Australia.Support the delivery of the Health & Safety Framework and StrategyLead the development and implementation of the recommended Health & Safety Framework and Strategy for the retail franchiseesComplete action plans, provide detailed reporting and data analysis along with communicating findings to the businessBe a trusted partner and provide practical advice to deliver safety standards in partnership with regional teamsDrive improvements in safety outcomes by educating best practice and legislationProvide leadership through your interactions across the businessAbout youYou are a strong communicator who is passionate about Health & Safety and enjoys working across a variety of tasks to support the large-scale transformation.
