JOB DETAILS: You will deliver high‐level clinical pharmacy services as a member of a multidisciplinary team to Hospital and Health Service stakeholders / customers. Providing pharmacy services to patients with a complex and varied workload; with a high degree of independence and initiative; to develop services and promote and maintain best practice care to patients.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
* Degree in Pharmacy.
* Hospital Pharmacy experience is mandatory for all hospital roles.
* Relevant licensing & registration with full AHPRA are essential.
* Police check (within the past 6 months).
* Driver's Licence.
* Evidence of relevant qualifications.
* Evidence of Australian work rights (current visa or birth certificate).
* Full working rights in Australia – current VISA, PR or Citizenship.
