About the Position
Campapse Family Practice is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our busy team on a Casual basis.
The successful candidate will hit the ground running and be highly motivated with a sound background in customer service. Proficient computer skills are essential with a knowledge of medical software including Best Practice desirable.
Daily tasks and responsibilities will include:
* Excellent customer service – you will be the first point of contact for our patients, in person and on the phone
* Maintaining confidentiality while managing patient records
* Processing payments, Medicare and third-party claims and reconciliations
* Effective management of patient appointment types
* General administration and daily office duties
* Duties as required by Doctors and the Practice Manager
