About the Family
We are a skilled couple seeking an experienced and enthusiastic nanny to care for our easy‑going twin girls, who will be 18 months old in January 2026. As a family, we value kindness, safety, tidiness, consistency, and a calm, happy home life. With both parents working, we're looking for someone who can bring warmth, creativity, and a reliable, nurturing presence to our daughters' daily routine. Our girls are bright, curious, and full of joy, and we're hoping to find a nanny who takes genuine pleasure in supporting young children as they learn, explore, and grow. You'll be welcomed as part of our family and fully supported in your role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nurturing, attentive care for twin toddler girls
- Support daily routines, including meals, naps, and play
- Engage the children in age‑appropriate activities and learning
- Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment
- Assist with general nanny duties and light household tasks related to the children
About You
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience as a nanny or in a comparable childcare role
- Warm, patient, and caring, with a genuine passion for working with children
- Highly organised, efficient, and able to take initiative
- Enthusiastic about early childhood development and learning through play
- Hands‑on, energetic, imaginative, and engaging
- Professional, reliable, and punctual, with excellent communication skills
- Able to build strong, respectful relationships with both children and parents
- Seeking a stable, long‑term position
- Holds a valid Australian driver's licence
Requirements
- Certificate III (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- National Police Clearance
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable, caring, and confident working independently
- Three professional references (including one from a previous family)
