About Us
Airmech is a well-established commercial air‐conditioning contractor with over 20 years of successful operation throughout Queensland. With a strong pipeline of secured projects and continued growth across the retail, supermarket, and commercial sectors, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Brisbane satellite office based in Banyo.

The Role
Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple commercial HVAC projects from contract award through to practical completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing multiple commercial air‐conditioning projects valued up to $5M
* Full project lifecycle management from contract negotiation to practical completion
* Responsibility for project profitability and commercial outcomes
* Client liaison and stakeholder management
* Supplier and subcontractor engagement, procurement, and negotiation
* Quality assurance and project compliance
* Implementation and monitoring of company safety systems
* Programming, resourcing, and project reporting
* Leading project teams and mentoring site‐based personnel
* Managing project documentation through Aconex and Procore
* Supporting estimating, procurement, and delivery teams where required
About You
To be successful in this role you will possess:
* Extensive experience in commercial HVAC project management
* Strong experience delivering retail and supermarket projects
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent commercial acumen and contract administration skills
* Experience negotiating with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
* Strong leadership and team management capabilities
* Advanced working knowledge of Aconex and Procore
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team environment
* Relevant industry qualifications and licences
* Australian Residency or unrestricted working rights
