About the role
As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a new Sales Support Administrator to join our sales support team full time. The role is clerical and administrative in nature and works under the internal sales coordinator to provide administrative support to our sales and business development team.
Responsibilities
* Schedule appointments
* Match and process funding body approvals
* Process paperwork for trials and deliveries
* Coordinate and set up major healthcare events, showroom trials, community therapist in‐services and training
* Monitor online web chat
* Perform ad‐hoc and administrative duties as required
Qualifications
* Ability to work autonomously
* Motivated self‐starter with willingness to learn
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Great time‐management skills with ability to prioritise workload
* Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite and database applications
* At least 1‐2 years' experience in an administrative role
