Job Description
* Support a team of 6 experienced dentists across a wide range of treatments
* Provide efficient chairside assistance and maintain high clinical standards
* Prepare treatment rooms and manage instrument sterilisation and infection control
* Assist with front desk duties when necessary, including scheduling and insurance coordination
* Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional care
Qualifications
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in general dentistry is preferred, and prior exposure to orthodontics will be highly regarded.
* Certificate III in Dental Assisting is advantageous.
* Solid understanding of dental terminology, procedures, dental software and MS applications.
* Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused approach.
