We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Pharmacy Assistant in our Mount Gambier store.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing prescriptions, operating point-of-sale systems, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
* Job Responsibilities:
* Providing friendly and knowledgeable service to customers
* Assisting customers with prescriptions and product enquiries
* Operating point-of-sale systems and managing cash handling
* Keeping the store clean, organised, and welcoming
* Supporting promotions and in-store sales
Requirements
* Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Customer-focused with a friendly, engaging personality
* Experience in pharmacy or retail (preferred, not essential)
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Professional presentation with a customer-first attitude
* Available to work weekends
* Driver's licence to assist with deliveries
Bonus If You Have
* A Certificate in Community Pharmacy (I-IV)
* Experience with MINFOS or FRED systems
