Australia's national market leader in seasonal experience design, production and installation is seeking a driven and commercially minded Client Solutions Manager to join our team.
Working across retail, commercial and council clients, you'll play a key role in developing client partnerships, identifying new business opportunities and guiding projects from initial brief through to delivery. Partnering closely with our Creative and Delivery teams, you'll help bring ambitious concepts to life while ensuring exceptional client experiences and commercial outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in account management, business development, project sales, events, retail environments, exhibitions, construction, fit-out or related industries who thrives on building relationships, uncovering opportunities and delivering results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You'll Be Doing
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
* Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities
* Lead client briefs, proposals, presentations and quotations
* Partner with Creative and Delivery teams to develop winning solutions
* Manage project opportunities from concept through to handover
* Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate forecasting
* Attend client meetings, site visits and networking events
* Achieve and exceed sales and gross profit targets
What You'll Bring
* Experience in account management, business development, client services or a similar role
* Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets
* Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously
