Role Description

This role is responsible for driving customer satisfaction and performance through best-in-class training of the Audiology team.
* Coordinate and coach the Audiology Training Team to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
* Develop and track key performance indicators for training hours across Academy Pillars, focusing on sustainability targets.
* Measure and analyze training effectiveness to inform future development.
* Design end-to-end induction programs for new Audiology team members, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
* Stay ahead of the curve by deploying cutting-edge training strategies across Amplifon Australia.
* Review feedback from the wider Team and implement areas of improvement.
* Develop, update, and track e-learning modules within the Learning Management System (LMS).
* Coach Trainers on handling sensitive matters with staff and resolving staff training issues effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A strong candidate will possess:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience as an Audiologist.
* Training Experience (advantageous).
* A passion for training and service excellence.
* Knowledge of Amplifon's LMS and ability to create engaging storyboards.
* Confidence in creating and presenting material both face-to-face and online.
* Efficiency in Microsoft Office software and design tools.
* Effective negotiation and communication skills with stakeholders.
* Initiative and openness to new ideas and suggestions.
* Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
* Excellent planning, coordination, and execution skills.
